Downs Prime specialises in bringing premium beef from the fertile Darling Downs to your table.

Our beef is sourced locally from the renowned Darling Downs region, raised on lush pastures and crops and finished on Downs-grown grain and fodder in selected local feedlots.

Downs Prime beef is then put through a series of grading processes before being cryvac packed and aged for a minimum of 28 days to ensure maximum eating qualities and consistent product supply.

Following the paddock-to-plate philosophy, traceability is of utmost importance to us. All beef can be traced right back to the paddock of origin, where it all began.

We are constantly talking to the graziers, the chefs and the consumers, gathering ideas and feedback on our beef. Our goal is simple - to continually supply premium beef that not only meets, but exceeds expectations.

We go one step further to guarantee the finest dining experience by providing replacement product if you are not 100% satisfied.

We are also proud suppliers of quality lamb and pork.
